Some of my favorite things about Expert IT are:
  • Always able to talk to someone on the phone, I called the help line once at 7:30am and accidentally got someone in the wrong department, they were just walking into the office so they told me they would give my number to someone in IT (as I explained it was urgent) and within 5 minutes I got a call back from the right department.
  • Having basically 2 account managers (Rod and David) that are so involved in everything is so valuable, it has allowed me to voice my concerns, escalate items and audit quickly and efficiently.
  • Expert IT takes constructive feedback and does something about it! There was a new employee at Expert IT that was very knowledgeable but spoke in too many technical terms when explaining things and I couldn’t keep up, even after telling him I didn’t understand. I talked to Rod the next day about something else and just mentioned it to him, Rod said he would coach him on that and seriously the next time I talked to that employee it was so much clearer and in laymen’s terms for me.
  • Expert IT is willing to explore new ways of doing things/program capabilities to fit our needs.
